An article with closed comments

When creating or editing an article you can specify whether or not it’s open for comments. If an article is not open for comments, a message is presented at the bottom of the article.

To hide comments for all article in your Help Center, use the Article comments theme setting or remove the comments section from the Article page template using the following steps:

  1. In Guide, click Guide admin followed by the Customize design icon (Customize icon) in the sidebar.
  2. Click the theme you want to edit to open it and then click Edit Code.
  3. In the Templates section, select the article_page.hbs template.
  4. The HTML in the article page might vary depending on your Theme and customizations. Look for the Article comments curlybars on that page.

This is an example of an article with comments disabled.
